Call for Participation : Computer Graphics and Game Art Show

Attention computer graphics, game and concept artists. The Detroit ACM SIGGRAPH chapter and the Detroit International Game Developers Association are seeking to feature your work in our upcoming art show and for presenters.

Work can be physical or digital media. Acceptable work such as storyboards, concept renderings, 3D renderings, digital illustration, frame grabs of final animations, screen grabs of interactive media or 3D printed models will be considered for the show. Mounted pieces are preferred but we are also accepting digital files. We will be accepting both professional and student works of substance.

Deadline for submissions is February 15th, 2015.

The art show will display at Baker College of Auburn Hills , 1500 University Drive, Auburn Hills, on February 23rd to the 27th.

The art show will conclude with presentations on Friday February 27th at 7 pm. More information about the event will be posted soon.

Art Show Submission Process
Physical media submissions can be dropped off at Ladiere Studio at 77 East Long Lake, Bloomfield Hills Monday through Friday 11 am to 5 pm. Contact Randy Rockafellow (cel:248.930.3911, email: to rrockafellow@siggraph.org to schedule an alternate drop off time or location.

Digital Submissions under 8MB can be emailed with the subject line ‘Art Show submission’ to rrockafellow@siggraph.org. Digital works should be saved for a 1920×1080 screen display.

All entries should include:
Name of the artist/artists
Title or Name of animation/film/game that the art image came from
Type of media (animation, game, concept for film)
Year of completion
